I'm looking to manage emails for multiple sites I run through a web based service and a single login. Gmail does it, but has the annoying "sent on behalf of" that makes it look a lot less professional.

any suggestions / ideas?

Why not just use a mail client like Outlook and setup the SMTP servers for all the addresses?

Not really sure what you're asking for.

But for a great email server, with easy admin of all domains on the server, webmail, etc try http://qmailtoaster.com/

Would outlook give me the web-based access that I'm looking for?

Mail2Web.com - Their paid version (inexpensive) should be what you're looking for.
