Looks like an awesome community. How old is the website?

Thanks :)

I started the forum in March, but then in May I registered its new domain name.

You know, it definitely has an older, established look to it. Did you do the design yourself or contract out for the design?

Woofard, thanks!
The design is an almost stock theme by xenfocus. I'm using the xenporta plugin to create the blog-like main page..

well I liked it well enough to register/sign up, and I don't usually do that just checking out a website for the first time! I hope it goes good for you; it looks good so I'm sure it will. Good luck!

Very interesting you went with a .CM domain! I have a few of these myself and am pretty interested to see how your site progresses! Good luck!

Yeah, I've always pictured it as the slang .com ;) lol

They're about $100/yr for registration, but that's a drop in the bucket compared to the other money spent to get a website going.

I fully agree. They aren't good for resale (at least in my opinion/experience) but I could see some good sites such as forums being built from them. Especially if alot of your traffic is generated from search engines.

Yep - I'm not sure why they aren't more popular..
