The last few weeks we've been able to report some exciting sales. Last week we were able to announce that our brokerage team sold website.com for $750,000.

Our brokers negotiated the sale price and our transfer team facilitated the escrow and transfer of the domain, putting together the largest reported sale of the year.

How much of a percentage do your brokerage services charge? How many different places/sites do you advertise the domain for sale too. Do you also have personal/potential buyers that are looking for targetted domains that you personally contact, and if so how many?

I think Jay is trying to confirm the completion of the sale. True it was announced last week but probably wasn't completed. I would think they were the FIRST one to know about this and not the general public!

I put this to a few friends who are internet savvy put are not into domains,i said i have bought in for 2k the response was by all "nice name but to much" LOL ! shame they dont own any domains !

Personally 200k for me but thats what i love about this game,a domain is worth what someone is willing to pay for it ! you never know what the future holds if we did there be no fun !

That's probably a truism. Those not in the domain "business" think that paying $1,000 for a name regged for $35 is absolutely bananas. The reverse seems true with those obsessed with domains...

I just saw your post and I will reply now. Definitely let me know if you're interested in selling any premium domains. We do offer a premium brokerage service. The quality of the name is the only real qualifier here. The only fee that would apply is our standard brokerage fee.

We do offer a premium brokerage service. The only qualifier for this service is the quality of the domain name. There's actually no extra fee.
