Ask for a preferred bank account and a deposit in gold at their Swiss vault.

nu is a ccTLD for Niue but marketed as resembling "new" in English and "now" in Nordic/Dutch. Also meaning "nude" in French/Portuguese.

I've got some generic .NU domain, they are good in ppc traffic.

I own one of the best www.business.nu, they would say it Business Now or New Business.

Well they might not have a TM in Nieu but common law rights apply to a TM owner. The best thing to do if I was you would be to reply simply - "Wait my attorney will get back to you shortly" and then appoint an attorney who would handle the negotiations on your behalf. If you do not do that the bank is bound to go directly to the registry for .nu and obviously get the name for free. Obviously you're parking (even if you take it down now screenshots have been taken by the bank for evidence) the name which would be a plus for them to say that you're offering competing products from other banks. Good luck.

Exactly the question I was going to ask.

Be thankful that they have the decency to inquire rather than slap you with a C&D or a WIPO or some legal action already.

As for TM, many times TM can be implied.

See these links, commonly referred to the Madrid Protocol:

http://www.wipo.int/portal/index.html.en
http://www.wipo.int/madrid/en/

So having the decency to ask you to sell is not an invitation to go for the big bucks, imo.

.nu is obscure but this may be for brand protection.

Make a decent and respectable request.

In other words, DON'T PISS EM' OFF!
