Moneybookers for one. Don't know though if it's for US citizens. 2CO ,webmoney etc are some others.

Depending on your customers, you could look to get a merchant account/something that allows you to accept CC payments directly via your website.

I know it's a PayPal product, but Website Payments Pro allows this - you take the CC details directly from your site then PayPal processes them (for a small fee, of course) via their API.

Unfortunately whilst MoneyBookers et al are good, most people still use PayPal. Hence offering the option to take CC details directly can be desirable.

I've been using Moneybookers (good for sending payments) and 2Checkout (good for selling products) for years, they are good.

Moneybookers can't be used for international payments by US citizens, which makes this payment system rather limited.
