I was curious and I am looking for top level keywords with 50,000,000 or more search results so guys which do you fill is the cctlds to work with? and would you guy pay for top .biz keywords for 10 bucks Just curious an example of this would be like allen.biz ( i dont own ) but would would you pay 10 bucks for it.

IMO ccTLDs make sense when the keywords match the local language(s).
Anyway I would go for developed TLDs like Europe and avoid exotic extensions like .cc or .ws
