i have a enom reseller account
the user is thaimmortal

my prized possension (www.noorifans.com) is in this account and seemingly the domain reseller account has been hacked as a result i risk the chance of loosing my domain . the forgot password thingy isnt working meaning the forgot answer has been changed . now tell me what to do :( please i cant loose this domain any way , what should i do ?

and secondly how do i convince them this is my account ? as the pass and reminder answer both have been changed , some relevant info from you guys is my only hope

Go to www.enom.com
Click on the ? in the top right corner.
Click on eNom Support Center.
In the popup box look for Support Services.
Click on Request Help.
Complete the form and send.

How you convince them is another matter.
Can't your reseller or ETP help?

well am i not supposed to be the reseller if i owned a free 8.95$ reseller account
like i said its user name was thaimmortal
one of the domains in it was noorifans.com


the company with which i got the enom reseller account was

publicdomains.us

now what do i do ? :(

Your $8.95 reseller account was setup by someone - you say publicdomains.us - contact their support page if you don't want to contact Enom support:

One way or the other YOU will have to do something as well as posting here :)

man when the pop box opens i dont see any link support services could u guide on which side of the pop box and under which link can i see it ?

when i click support centre which is located above "TLD OVERVIEW" it says

Welcome to the eNom, Inc. Support Center. In order to access our service center we need you to provide us with your email address. Your email address will be kept private, and will be used for help purposes only. Once logged in, you will be able to search our knowledge base

then i enter my email id

it then shows up a big page with many links there is wheres the problem . wheres the link located there

Contact [email protected] and explain the problem - you can't get to the regular reseller support page because you cannot login.

You will have to explain in your email exactly what has happened and then you will just have to wait for the reply.

i have emailed them and will show u their response as soon as i get it :)

i have put in each and every transaction and creation date to pasword changed during the account was in my hands if they dont give it back after this i dont know what to do
