Get away from the computer. My best ideas come when I am away from this thing. People tend to be task orientated when sitting in front of the computer, not creative. Creativity comes when you least expect or look for it.

Get away from your computer really is the first thing you need to do.
Go to a quiet place, then think about and write down what it is that you want to get out of the business. Once you know your goals, you can think of a way to get there. Decide how you want to achieve your goals and stick to your decision.
