what do you pay for .com/.net/.org when you register a new domain and what has the best value if you want to sell it?

I register mine at Namecheap.com - ( $8.88 )

right now, .com has the best value.

Currently at GD $5.19/yr after the special is over going to Moniker for $6.85

Still companies out there charging the earth eg nameroute
As the above post proves, you can pay pennies. All depends on the service your require, i guess who you trust.. hmm

I also use Namecheap at $8.88 per .com

I can fund it via Paypal and I dont reg enough names the extra dollar or two to make a huge difference

Netsol's prices are still up there too. Like you said it is who you trust.

Also often use Namecheap... Also been useing domainsite sometimes, abit cheaper, but i prefer NC beacuse of their good interface..

I overpay at enom --> $8.95
but don't register too many new ones :eek:)

8.88 at namecheap. Doesn't get any better than NC imho.

Easiest push system, and changes to your account, ie nameservers, are almost immediate.

True. Can't beat $5.19/yr. Have registered/renewed about 100 in the last month alone. Like I mentioned as long as they stay at this rate you can not beat it. Just over a penny a day. :)
