For Sale What in the world?! Stolen domain set.com is for sale on eBay for $95,000!?

I was looking at set.com for sale on eBay and did a search here on Dnforum, and it turns out set.com is stolen domain name:

If it is stolen in the first place, do the winning bidder have the obligation to return the domain name to the original owner once s/he makes a payment?

kwok we reported both these 2 higher grounds after seeing the srs changes on the old whois history and direct 2 ebay internal thy have done nothing 2 remove them... do u feel safe selling on ebay! thy have done jack 2 remove them!

Reported or not ebay did not pull the listing and now someone has purchased the domain using the 'buy it now'. I fired the bidder a message - hope it's not someone from here!

Ebay was told five hours ago about this domain - yee.com and did nothing. Like paypal they are utterly useless when it comes right down to it.

Don't know the outcome, but what if the bidder paid for the name, does he has to return to the original registrant?
