They use to reply fast, they use to care about their customers.
what has happened?
I dont get answers to my support questions.

I mean I have only 25% of my portfolio there, which is about 1000 domains.
you would think they would care to reply.
I have been with them since 2003, but it looks like I need to look elsewhere.
very sad.

Ditto. I sent Sedo 2 very important inquiries a couple of weeks ago, no reply yet...

My Sedo PPC earnings are also at their lowest ever, while my traffic is at it's highest. It will be a huge pain in the arse, but I'll probably be moving everything over to NameDrive next month.

NameDrive not doing that well for me.

I also have about 3000 domains at Sedo.

I have sent numerous emails to Sedo. Same issue, poor service and response.

I began seeing a serious downward slide in customer service since the launch of their auction programs. Seems like they are focusing their attention on this rather than their customers.

It may have slipped their mind that we are the same customers that both buy, sell, and park at Sedo. We are their core business.

So if large customers are being treated like this, then that is pretty pathetic to say the least. And I am sure there are larger customers than us and smaller than us, in regards to number of domains.

so it isnt just me.
we must look for alternatives.
fabulous never did it for me.
namedrive sounds interesting.
the thing is, it has to have a balance between traffic and sales.
sedo was good for sales. that was a HUGE bonus for parking domains.
so, who is good/great at parking yet has a good sales strategy?
Heck, I cant think of of single one who will do both simple jobs greately.
I am sure someone can see this opening.
Sedo is great for sales.
all it takes, is one of the other parking companies to focus on sales as well as PPC and, Unfortunately.... sedo becomes history

I cant even get to sedo.com.

They seem to be down.

Guess what?

Down here in the states to. SWEET!

Maybe a hacker is more pissed off about this than we are and instead of chatting about it took them down!

Just kidding...but will sure piss off many potential bidders waiting for that last second jump in bid and piss off the sellers waiting for those last second bidders!

you know, they will come up with a reply, such as this and that happened...
still no excuse for the poor support.
it is big time to look elsewhere.
and I have been with Sedo from 2003.
shame...

I've never had an issue with their customer service and I sell several names on there per month mid xxx to mid x,xxx, it's actually the only place I do business. Part of the reason that I never have issues is that I usually just call them up and get things taken cared of. Even when I have emailed, I always get a response back expeditiously. Dp you guys sell alot of names there or mostly do it for parking?
