What is the most valuable domain you can think of?

Is it a two letter .com?

Three letter (LLL) one word .com?

Type-in .com monster like loan.com?

Generic dictionary .com domain?

Please post your ideas here so we can all voice our opinions on this matter.

Just look at the advertising revenue on google.

Of course the big ecommerce sites like Ebay, Amazon would not be too far behind

What I am more concerned with is the domains of high value for no reason other than their intrinsic generic or type-in nature...without the search engine and good fortune, etc etc etc Google.com would be worth a few hundred bucks max, the company is what made that domain where as a domain with a built in value like toys.com etc is just plain near priceless by itself...since registration basically.

I guess what I am saying is that if money were NO object what domain would you have your sights set on?

I think there would be 2 categories here...developed and not developed...

Google.com having the most develped value Today (although I think the youtube/myspace/facebook type social networking web 2.0 domains may show higher value in the future.

I do not think undeveloped comes anywhere close, but if typo laon.com get half a million...I'd say a correctly spelled, one word, under 6 letters, highly searched, universal term would be worth at least 20x the typo.

Flowers.mobi :D Just kidding.. I agree that those short, common 1 word (which is often searched online) .coms are most valuable.. Like sex, jobs, cars..

Firstly, it would have to be an English 'word' at the moment, though that may change in the future. Any 'commercial' word such as toys, property, cars, phones, money, loan, etc.. All these have potential of $5+ million!

They also have intrinsic value in ccTLD's, only one person can own phones.com! There are a lot more than just a single company who want the domain as a .com, this is where sensible domainers invest in the same generic but differnt gTLD's/ccTLD's.

depends on time period and revenue potential.

Today these domains have potential ;

poker.com , loan.com , holiday.com , travel.com , tickets.com , health.com , money.com , business.com , b2b.com

one or two letter domains do not worth as much as theese domains.

If it wasn´t a question of money I would go for hotels.com - but only because first of all I would go for something I am interested in as it is most valuable to me.
On the other side, as in just any domain being most valuable, I think those are generic terms, the terms mostly searched for.
