What is the best mailing list newsletter manager?

So I am starting a site and I want to have like a form where the person can enter his name and email to subscribe to my newsletter!

What is the best type of site that can manage my list and allow me to send daily newsletters?

I would also like something that would allow the person to verify the email is theirs by clicking on a link before it starts sending the emails so I dont get SPAM acusation problems.

I would also like one that if I start new sites I would be able to control them from the same panel.

constant contact is good interface wise, but their deliverability isn't so great. they've signed up a few too many spammy customers.

Hey ProPlay,

If you expect your mailing list to be within a manageable level and you email
them directly from your hosting, you can get any of those autoresponder/
mailing list scripts out there. Among them are list manager, autoresponder
plus, and parabots (all .com).

If your list eventually grows big, you might consider outsourcing it to a third
party provider to do the mailing, confirmed opt-in, and communication with
those ISPs. 2 such companies are aweber.com and emailaces.com, highly
recommended by a lot of internet marketers.
