What is the best real estate script for a website?

I have been evaluating a lot of applications and scripts for last 2 months after acquiring estate (.co.in) .
I wanted to have a real estate script that can be as good as 99acres, indiaproperty, makaan etc.

It has best uptodate features and platform support. (For me, I was looking to script that can be made chargeable in INR)

asking after 1 year+, any luck? ... i tried geodesicsolutions script too, very good but too many plug-ins, too complex ... currently just setting the site up ...
