I have a question what are the best typos for generic .coms for example http().com,https().com,()com.com,www().com,www()com.com,repeating letters or missing letters.I am just looking for the one that usually have more spirts of traffic because I am thinking of building a site realated to the generic word and redirect the traffic.

only way to know for sure is to register all the variables.

www[domain].com is always good, especially if [domain].com is developed.

I've also noticed errors or missing letters near the beginning of the domain get more traffic than errors or missing letters near the end.
I think this is because you only look at the end of the domain just before you hit enter.

This is definitely one of those areas where you have to do testing and shouldn't expect everybody to share their own "testings". ;) It can be quite lucrative though.

And yeah, wwwsite.com is usually the best typo.

It can be hard to find developed popular sites where the wwwsite domain is available, so you usually have to register it for less popular names, and hope the site gets popular!

I registered my second typo but my first ()com.com which is MininovaCom.com(no trademarK since it is a pirate site) which is a typo for MIninova.com which is alexa top 100 for the last couple of days I have only have seen 10-15 daily uniques guys. I seen a guy with domain name hi5.com.br in the traffic section getting a whole lot of traffic I am trying to crack the 30 unqiues a day will this even be possible with typo type-in traffic?

WWW isn't too good if the domain starts with w.

I really don't think that www typos are good , I remember once I've calculated ( based on 10 domains ) that it get 0.24% of traffic

I would say that such typo's like friends and freinds performing much better about 0.8-0.9% of original traffic

Common popular mistakes are possible best typos ( of course not for all names )

Missing letters are second best ( but not if missing the first letter ) , if missing letter is i or l it is even better

The most best scenario is when missing letter for names such as

vtunnel --> vtunel
blogger --> bloger
0.9-1.3% for such typos

Well but all this are not certain rule , everything depends from a name

I think it completely depends on the industry/niche of the typo.

One click a day for a valuable niche could mean 1 dollar or more a day. Adds up pretty quick with some good domains.

And I've always found with warez typos, that redirecting them to an aff program can be good, even if they only convert every few days. Warez traffic in general isn't very valuable.

Thats right traffic from mininova is almost worthless , as people who are visiting that site are looking for either porn torrents or illegal soft to download ( which I'm doing sometimes :D )
