What is the best way for me to search old Tweets?

Hi,
I have tried to go through my account to search old Tweets but I wasted my time by scrolling throughout the Tweets for many hours. Do you know the simplest way from which I can get Tweets data without wasting my time?
I would really appreciate any help for this. Thank you!
