Uni.cc gave away free sub-domains and had over 200,000 subdomains and has over 3 million links (depending upon who you ask). Above.com shows about 35,000 unique per day but the parking companies show about 5,000. It only makes about $50 per day parked and I am trying to figure out what other alternatives are out there I should be testing? About 20% of the traffic is US and the rest is from all over.

Stay away from buying uni.cc. The company that created the free domain registrar script provides no support so you'll be left in the dark. We had to close our site using their script due to their complete lack of support.

To answer your question, your best option may be behavioral ads that are shown based on each user's browsing history.
