I think the only real option we have with our less sought after domains is to develop them first then sell. If you can do the work yourself you can make some nice pocket change.

That's a neat story jh3. When you first wrote to them did they try and get you to give them the name for reg fee only, or were they willing to look at it as being a savvy business deal for them to buy the name from you for a fair market price?
