What is with the increase in .ws?

I don't know if it has increased or I just wasn't paying attention but I see a huge increase in people buying and attempting to resell .ws domains. But why? I mean obviously they are a waste of money but I see people posting .ws GET YOUR PREMIUM DOMAIN. But of course so is many other extensions! Carry On!

It's hard to pass by generics regardless of the extension. I assume your post was sparked by my thread "therapist.ws".

It wasn't any one person that I noticed. I have seen a few .ws in different lists and different forums.
