What script is this?

I've seen a few domains that seem tobe running the same domain sales script and I'd like to know what script it is. A couple of the domains that I've seen with it are: http://sendoffer.com/ and http://sendoffer.com/

I'd also like to know if there are any similar scripts out there. I want to add this kind of feature to my web site and make it easy to maintain, but I don't have the time to devote to developing or modifying a script right now.
