I recently sold a site on installments and kept the domain in my name until payments were complete. A few days later I receive an email that someone associated with the site is hacking theirs and serving ads from it. At first i thought it was a hacker which I've been having a problem with for some time but it turns out this person let someone else handle doing something with the affiliate porgram I had and this person was doing the hacking evidently.

Now after finding this out the agreement was off and I switched the DNS back to my server thinking this would solve the problem since the script serving the ads doesn't exist and somehow or another the funds in the account keep rising. I'm not talking about little amounts like it was generating, I'm talking 5X that. I don't want the site or myself involved in this situation so any thoughts as to what I should do?
