For Sale What time do names drop?

I am curious when domain names drop. Do all of them drop at one time in the day? Does it happen as a package (all .com's drop at a certain time, all .net's at a different time)?

Is there even a certain time drops occur? If I wanted to try and pick up dropped names what would be the best times to check?

2pm eastern for .com and .net is when they start dropping, and generally end by at least 3:15pm eastern. .Org's don't follow the same rule to my knowledge, they drop at different times during the day.

eh? Good to know. Some domain site was showing 10 PM EST, wanted to get the "professional" facts.
