What would make the best registrar better?

Here's where the experienced domainers could really contribute to our collective knowledge!

It seems like there is a general concensus that eNom is the best registrar for resellers. Does this also stand true for those who are only registering a couple of domain names? Where could they improve? What about affiliate programs. It seems like they don't have one. What would make the other registrars good and the best even better? If we get enough input, someone might even build a better registrar.

Yes i would argue that enom is not the best for retailers.
There are other services out there that are cheaper and offer the same tools. However, in terms of selling names then most use enom and hence if your names are registered somewhere else they don't want to be slugged the transfer fee. Which is fair enough, but it does in a way make you pay that little extra per domain..
