What would you consider to be a decent Overture count number?

I've been in the domain biz on and off for the last couple of years, but have just recently began to get savvy about Overture. I'm about to reg a dn with a count of 2422. Decent? Thanks.

a few factors.

extremely good, if TLD is included (abc.com)

Is it two words?
If so, are results from 2 words together?

cheap fares <-good
cheapfares<-better
cheapfares.com<-best

etc.....

Thanks for the reply, doberry...

no, it's in the "good" catagory... two short words.

2422 is very good, for one month on overture.
2-words are the max. I stay away from 3 word domains, even if they have HIGH overture ratings, just because its highy unlikely anyone will type them as URLs.

2 words is good. Also use common sense (you know what I mean...)use your instincts.

Doberry wrote a very nice piece on Overture a while back - but it got deleted when the entire thread was being adjusted at the exact moment he was posting. A freak accident.

Maybe we can get him to write it again one day - when he has some spare time. :D

And watch out because overture also tends to reverse word order and combine results of singular and plurals. Use common sense when considering overture numbers.
