I've been finding many great domains out there that are not being used to make money that are just personal sites. What would you do if you found a site that has nothing but junk on it and is an excellent name. I found one that gets 200,000 searches and 8000.com searches on overture, and its a stupid chat room not moderated and no banner ads whatsoever. It is such a great name. What would you do, would you contact them asking to buy it?

offer to replace the name with something else as well and if they dont bite offer to manage there advertising space

A lot of times places like that don't even respond to unsolicited emails like that either. And still, a lot more times they say the domain is not for sale. Good luck, though, go ask 'em.
