What's the deal about those obscene posts of this morning?

How did those several obscene posts of earlier today occur? The ones where the user names were changed to a long obscene name, etc.

They resembled what Timechange did with his user name when he was upset but a much more severe case. They were online for a while and then gone.

Did someone hack this site or was it simply a member who went nuts??
