What's your average RPM? (2013)

I know VERY little about PPC so I'd like to see how I stack up and I'm sure it'd help others as well..

I'm hitting $4.47 right now but I need to average around $10.

How have you done?

i think that amount you posted applies to RPM, which is "a varying average of what the domain/portfolio would earn per 1000 visitors, with all other statistical variables remaining stable".

last year portfolio avg @ voodoo, rpm = $17 > highest individual domains' rpm = $800

last year portfolio avg @ ds, rpm = $53 > highest individual domains' rpm = $3,735.00

last year portfolio avg @ :sedo: = $5 > highest individual domains' rpm = $770

so for those three, overall RPM average is $25

You're absolutely correct - I was looking at the wrong stat. Could you please modify the threads title to avoid confusion?

Your average RPM for parking domains in $25? That sounds pretty legit.

I'm hitting over 30% CTR on the 3 domains I had parked but every click at Sedo is worth 1 cent. I don't understand how anyone makes money with them.

more ways to make money with sedo, other than ppc.

but for parking purposes, maybe you need some domains containing keywords which an advertiser would pay more per click

That's a solid point. The 3 domains I had parked did not contain keywords. Thanks for fixing the title too.
