Where do TuCows drops go?

Do expiring domains from TuCows go anywhere before the drop process? One I'm interested in is in the redemption period.

Anyone particular or just the normal channels?

Names in redemption => any dropcatcher, at the minimum place a BO with Snapnames.
Hoarded names => make offer
