So what sources do you use to find end users?

Other than the regular checking google ads, goog results, any other ideas?

The last end-user died in 1872. It's an extinct species :D

LOL I actually opened this thread to maybe get some interesting ideas from members, but got a few laughs instead so it's a good trade :D

Google results and sponsored links for the keyword are the only two things I've come up so far for sources.

Years ago I hand regged translits and local versions of a generic name which is used by several US-based companies. I called the marketing depts and offered them the package for babkis. No takers. One very polite lady even told that it ain't gonna happen. They are happy sitting here on their fat arses.
I correctly predicted that one of them will expand oversees.
Now I'm getting TM's.

I wait for them to find my names. List your names on Sedo and Afternic. If you park, make sure your parking company has a link where someone can contact you. If you build websites or mini-sites, put a clear link on there so someone can contact you.

Many people and businesses still don't realize they need a good domain, so when they do start looking you want to make it easy for them to find you.
