Where to buy a list of Clinics and hospitals in USA?

I would like to buy a list of all medical facilities in USA

By state and city and by specialty in case of clinics.

What would be a good source and how current do we get the data?

I had this saved but I lost nearly all my data in a system
Crash.

I am in the process of trying to recover more than 6 years of data, graphics, art, and documents.
