Hi Group,
I have 350 domain names and have them parked... Been checking in with parking company to see which one's were getting the most traffic with the view to develop traffic getting one's as money sites.
This morning I got the idea to take my entire portfolio (hosted at GoDaddy) and break up into keyword phrases (that is put spaces between words) and run them through Market Samurai's KeyWord tool to see which one's meet my criteria for creating money sites.
I.E.
If Yes:
Take SEO traffic and calculate 1% sale on ClickBank product with density between 20 and 80.
At minimum criteria of 300 SEO per month I would get 3 sales per month.
Note. Being very conservative at 1% conversion rate. And min SEO traffic is absolute minimum so expect a lot more.
p.s. Not sure if this is a standard techniques but I only just thought of it :-( so thought I would share.
Afterthought... This would also be a good way to bulk evaluating a list of domain names that are for sale.
Regards
Jeff

- SEO traffic > 300 (per month)
- SEO comp < 100,000
If Yes:
- Standard WP site (good looking site is pretty much essential)
- 10 articles (out source $50 with On page SEO)
- Report required as Opt in gift
- Off page SEO until number one position.
