I would just look into a different domain when it comes to this kind of domain. Just look for a different 1 with the .com verision not being taken.

Thanks.

This is meant as a general question, I am now registering a lot of domains for my industry, so I always have word1word2 domains (bluewidget, redwidget, widgetmanufacturer etc.). So I would need to know (if possible to tell at all) which of the combinations above is best and which worse, because sometimes is available more of combinations, and I want to take the best one...

If could be given points from 0-100, I would give:
bluewidget.com 100
blue-widget.com 40
bluewidget.net 25
bluewidget.org 20
bluewidget.biz 10
bluewidget.info 10
bluewidgets.com 70
widgetblue.com 50
widget-blue.com 30
widgets-blue.com 20
But I am new to domain registering, so some experienced opinion would be helpful.

Thanks.

I give all my DNF$ to who will make qualified chart with points, for example like this (but "correct" one):
bluewidget.com 100
bluewidgets.com 70
blue-widget.com 50
widgetblue.com 35
widget-blue.com 25
bluewidget.net 25
bluewidget.org 20
widgets-blue.com 15
bluewidget.biz 10
bluewidget.info 5
OK I do not have that many DN$ :) But really need the answer. THANKS !

For me both = zero.
.US - can't legally own (have no US entity)
.WS - too expansive: 28.88 (another ones only 8.88), this is Namecheap, but I did not found anywhere .WS cheaper (less than 10 USD), everywhere I seen that over 25 USD.

And all my 33 DN$ went to GT Web, thanks !
I am a little surprised, that .info is more valuable than .org and .net

Nope, it is $28.88, while .com .org .net etc. is only $8.88, so that's the reason why .ws has zero value for me (too expansive). If it would be also $8.88 maybe I would consider as alternative to .biz (but not really, because it is not transferable, according Namecheap's pricelist).

i see nobody is willing to pay for .info especially recently there's a free / low offer by the registrars to register .info names, it further downgrades .info names

if the .info name is premium, its value only goes up because you sure as heck cant register really good .info names now
