Well, the tech is here that we no longer need cable tv, so that is one opp that I am investing in, I registered a few names like cutcablecost.com, what about you?

Well, tech sectors that I find exciting are:

- Bitcoin
- Internet of Things
- Consumer Drones, particularly aerial photography

However, I'm not sure that necessarily means there are big opportunities for domainers here. In fact, I now rarely register future tech domains as it can be quite hard to get right.

As for bitcoin, I own freebit.co.in, and it gets a decent amount of traffic. Monetization however is a little hard on it.

Cloud computing is another area of interest, although it's already late in the day for this sector.

would say any good domains for cloud and bitcoin have already been taken.
as a space to be in they may both be saturated by now.-

do agree internet of things and drone domains should be hot for sometime to come tho.

Although I am an Anarchist, and think it should be legal, I have not invested in it. My friend has a few.

I appreciate what you saying, however there is good and bad to it, depends from which side you looking at it, not from a domainers perspective but generally speaking, and from a doaminer perspective they are definitely looking to cash in on these kind of names looking at pricing of some, was reading articles related were the US government cashed in quite a nice sum, in the last year that cannabis is legal in some states, they also sitting and watching what's happenings with criminal side to it, aka cartels, they are supposedly now smuggling US/Colorado weed back into Mexico due to it high-potency, but then again you ask the very unfortunate person that suffer from MS or similar they will tell you its best thing happened to them since they legalized marijuana.

cheers

Well, in my opinion, the US Government needs to be ended, they are nothing but a wasteful entity that works for it's sponsors, the corps and the banksters. Its a huge monopoly. But sure there are people that misuse stuff, but we need to look at that as a medical issue, not as a criminal issue.

I met the father, and I shook his hand. That guy is my hero, but not so much on the son, he is not a carbon copy of his father. In fact this morning, as a joke, I posted on Facebook that I am running. I got like 30-40 likes there. :)

Unfortunately. But I am confident in new technologies and new generations that can shift the focus away from prohibition to a more logical solution. Man has come a long way, but also has a few blemishes on it's record along the way. Prohibition is one of those blemishes.
