Can somebody tell me which side is responsible for the WIPO mediation fees ? I've been reading on WIPO.int and still can't tell, they say there are different ways to determine the cost but no hint about which side pays for it

http://www.wipo.int/amc/en/mediation/fees/index.html

I think I'm clear that as far as an actual litigation it is the Claimant (the party who brings the dispute to them) who pays and it's $1,500 if they want one judge or $4,500 if they want three judges (or panelists, wharever they call themselves these days)
Discouragingly expensive which is good news if you're not the Respondent (the guy being sued) :?:

I meant it is good news if you ARE the Respondent (can't edit in this section)

Costs the complainant $1500 to file against you, one panelist.
If you stay with one, it cost you nothing (other than probably your domain).
if you want 3 panelists (and you do), it will cost you $1500 as well
