Which TLD's are cheap?

Besides the obvious 6 (and NAME), which can be gotten for a max of $17/yr?

I know of CO.UK and DE.

I'm pretty sure TV, BZ, all CN's, WS, CC, NU, MD, AG, ST, TO are too high.

How about CA, IT, NL, DK, etc?

.uk I think is cheapest. Not sure if .cx is still doing the free domain thing, I seem to recall something about ICANN making it unfeasible for them. Shame.
