For Sale Who buys Japanese traffic?

Does anyone know anywhere that buys Japanese traffic for some affiliate use. I looked on cj and there's one site that does but it didn't do to well. I hate to waste visitors.

One of these days, a domain landing service is going to go multi-lingual and really rake in the cash. Unfortunately, that day isn't here yet. Just imagine being able to select your target language for the search engine feed.

Now that is one hell of an idea i can't believe no ones done it yet. Woooo imagine how much traffic is being wasted aaahhhh people start ringing your foreign friends. Is there anyone on this board that can speak and read Japanese.
