I want to grab a domain name. Unfortunately, this domain name has already been ordered by someone in snapnames.com. Can someone recommend some grab service providers who can compete with snapnames.com or have high grab success rate.

I have tried dotregistrar.com, nicgenie.com and expirefish.com, but their success rate is too low.

I never tried namewinner.com because I don't like their business model. How about their success rate?

I would recomend namefox.com, but theyre site is down. Once I saw a domain that had snapback on it and a bid in namewinner also. I contacted them (the name was videocasinos.com), but they wanted $75 for it and I didn`t buy it. But You can contact them.

Buydomains and UltSearch are the ones who can beat snaps for all the best names.

Its really having your own RRP access (don't say how), and having small targeted lists of the best names for your script runs rather than allow 'other customers' to buy in and dilute the turnaround rate.

I think you also need to know their personal contacts :)

You must be new to this neck of the woods, dr. :swg:

NameFox is running, but we're only taking domain requests by email. We'd rather focus our resources on registering deleted names rather than on pretty web sites with useless features.

Several times I have used SnapNames and NameWinner at the same time for the same name and Name Winner has successfully secured the name. Likewise SnapNames has done the same. I have about a 50% success rate with both services so far.

If you realy want the name, you might reconsider NameWinner even though you do not care for their business model. Several of the names I aquired below the price of a SnapBack.

Use both services whenever possible if the name value merits the expense.

Safesys,

A few names we've registered for our customers are sniffing.com, primitive.com, restricted.com, yqx.com. We've been fairly successful with "mid level" names.

Very nice catches Jeffb. So you'd view those examples as "mid level" names?
