To answer your question, most seem to be going for between $300 and $400+ - you might pick one up for as low as $225 but $100 is being very hopeful in my opinion.

I did get my 6,95 for $100 maybe 6 months back, then they were $100 each, but now min $250 I would say.

Nothing crazy about it, supply vs demand, you just can't get these accounts anymore, next month they will prob. be 500+.
