They do, once you use the GoDaddy WHOIS at their web site.

John, GoDaddy seems to have separate agreements with various WHOIS tools. When using DomainTools, the contact info is provided. Other tools might provide a link to the GoDaddy web site with the domain appended.

This is not good. I sold many names when buyer contacted me from who is and not everyone use or know Godaddy.

Not too negative since GD does have an amazing 67% US share of the registration market and likely even higher percenatge who use GD for whois plus small businessess (end-users) are probably even more likely to use GD than the 67% number.

Anyone know why Godaddy names do not show registrant information? address, email and phone number?

exactly Johnn

gd is doing this maliciously, to deter queries on other whois sites and steer traffic to it's websites and premium listings

if there were any oversight, they would be facing lawsuits

kinda like "reverse frontrunning"
