I have a list of about 25 domains that I'm *thinking* of registering, just because I have a hunch they might collectively have a little targeted traffic, but it's pretty iffy. Every penny counts when you're multiplying by 25 - so who is the absolute CHEAPEST, damn the consequences?

come on now I know there's some fly by night operation in an el paso garage offering something lower than that. Maybe even money back!

deist if you're grabbing all 25 in one go get an enom reseller account off someone that offers them here.
Then quickly fill up your account with credits for the 25 names and reg them, that way you get the domains at somewhat cheap prices.
I think cheapest no setup i've seen around is $7.25 so doing some maths would be
25 x $7.25 = $181.25
$190 x 3% = $5.70
So get a free account, charge it up for $190 using credit (that is where the 3% comes from) and away you go.
Otherwise you'd be looking at
25 x $8.80 = $220
And before anyone pipes in about reseller raising the prices, that's why you get it set up, fill the account, and register names asap. That's based on 7.25 if you can get cheaper for no setup then obviously savings would be a bit more. If the reseller doesn't raise prices you can always reg more names at whatever price is set so you continue to save (just need to keep recharging the acct).
Hope that's been of some help :)

edit--
Oh yeah forgot to mention vested interest, I can offer 7.25 no set up if you want, so take my advice as a bit biased.

$5.99 - enom bare bones - BUT check the restrictions!
Best to pay a few $$ more in the long run.
