If I start process at escrow.com as seller...

I set buyer pay all fees and buyer do not pay or buyer cancel transaction.
Who pays fee?

What happens when buyer do not pay?
escrow.com delete process after certain period?
Who pay the fee in this case?

Thanks

No one, if he doesnt login and acknowledge the transaction then you can still cancel the transaction. No one pays anything.

Terms

Escrow Fee to be paid by: Buyer

The buyer is responsible for 100% of the escrow fee in the event
the transaction is cancelled or the merchandise is returned.
Transaction fulfilled using: Domain Name Transfer

EDIT: this was initiated by the buyer though

Thank you, "Rockefeller".

James,
Thank you.
What would happen if seller initiate the escrow and buyer do not pay?
No one pay fees as "Rockefeller" said?

Yes, no one pays, if the buyer as already signed in and agreed to the terms and the buyer doesnt submit payment after 30 days, escrow will cancel the transaction.

correct as long as buyer hasn't paid

https://www.escrow.com/myescrow/includes/faq/index2.asp?sid=3&qid=27

How do Buyers or Sellers cancel transactions?
Prior to agreement of terms by both parties, the Buyer or Seller can cancel the transaction by clicking the cancel button on the transaction detail screen. Once both parties have confirmed transaction details in the Agreement phase, either party may cancel the transaction, only if Buyer has not delivered payment, by sending an email request to [email protected]. After funds are secured, the cancellation of a transaction can only be done by Escrow.com after notifying both parties.

The Buyer may reject the transaction during the Inspection Period after receiving the items, but the Buyer is still responsible for shipping the merchandise back to the Seller, and for paying any escrow fees.

I wonder what happens if you're the buyer, you sent the payment, but the seller decided to back out and didn't transfer the domain. I suppose escrow will send your money back, but with or without the fees?
And does anyone know how long does the seller have to transfer the domain after the payment?

After about 2 weeks escrow agents will contact both parties and ask what the status of the transaction is. They will give you more time if you need it, they just want to know that its still in progress.
