Who sold Kalahari.com?

I have been an affiliate of Kalahari.net for some time now and see that they have recently acquired kalahari.com I did notice that a UDRP was filed in 2001 which they lost. The registrant was host start internet services
Any idea of the price paid?

Pretty sure I remember this in a dnjournal.com sales report, but can't remember the price. It was the name of a small diamond exploration company I knew of, that's why it stood out to me.
