Either I'm losing the plot or a thread just disappeared - how can this happen? I was going to make another post to winfreecash's thread about a domain sponsor and it just vanished

You can't break a rule if there isn't one win, but I notice the subject of your thread has a banner on the bottom of the home page.

Is there some censorship issue here that we need to know about?

I deleted the thread. It is tacky to create a spam thread for affiliate credit especially when the spam is for a sponsor of DNForum. Why should a sponsor of DNForum have to pay a spamming member 10% extra?

Like I said, I didn't see the banner and apologized when fizz pointed it out

With all due respects, I disagree. IMO, instead of deleting the entire thread, all that needed to be removed was win’s affiliate link from her first post, as the thread put the sponsor in an extremely positive light that would have nicely complemented the banner ad campaign.
