WHOIS contact for .co.uk domains?

Is it the norm for the WHOIS of .co.uk domains to not contain the email address?

I am trying to locate the email of a domain who's copied my web site's old design AND copy, verbatim. I want to give them a chance to pull it prior to a C&D.

Thanks Rob, I appreciate the info. I will be contacting them shortly; although their ripped site looks non-functional, their domain is renewed till 2007.
