I checked another .org of mine and got similar message. Any one else has faced this situation ? Is it because of changes in the .org registry or something else ?

I have same whois for my .org domain, except that it shows "godaddy" instead of "register"

The important one I think is:
Status:OK

The name servers should be the ones you set however and the site should be up if hosted. It's becuase of PIR takeing over .Orgs from verisn, might be a good thing to
