Why aren't we all(sellers) using Money Bookers instead of Paypal?

I was looking through the MoneyBookers.com account I created a while back, and while I was studying the FAQ, I came across something very interesting.

1. You cannot make a payment unless you have available balance, and to have that, you can fund your account with your Credit Card(among other).
2. Once the payment is made, it's irrevocable

So this means that there are no chargebacks! You cannot get scammed by a buyer who pays with CC and then issues a chargeback, a rather common practice with PayPal.

So why on earth aren't we all using Money Bookers instead of Paypal?

If a payment is completely irrevocable, then buyers would be more hesitant to use it, that's probably why it's less popular.

Paypal has just been around longer and so many people have it. Sounds like Moneybookers should start to promote itself a little more, do they have an affiliate program or something to encourage people to sign up?

I like the idea of no chargebacks.

true, but MB has been around for more than 5 years (and has a fair amount of transactions I guess with an alexa rank of 5K - plus it is the standard payment solution for almost all casinos and bookmakers for some reason)

I would stop using paypal if more people accepted MB, but unfortunately not many people even seem to know them.

What happens if you send the money and the seller refuses to push the domain???
Isnt that just as bad (atleast registrars sometimes help with recovering the domains, MB refuses to do anything once the payment is sent)
It can be a buyers nightmare.

My US bank would not wire to them because they say they are on a list of entities involved in Internet gambling. I contacted Moneybookers for help but they would not do much so i gave up.
