I was looking through the MoneyBookers.com account I created a while back, and while I was studying the FAQ, I came across something very interesting.
1. You cannot make a payment unless you have available balance, and to have that, you can fund your account with your Credit Card(among other).
2. Once the payment is made, it's irrevocable
So this means that there are no chargebacks! You cannot get scammed by a buyer who pays with CC and then issues a chargeback, a rather common practice with PayPal.
So why on earth aren't we all using Money Bookers instead of Paypal?
