why does everyone seems offer 10k or less if the domain is worth more?

i have seen alot of this, are they just trying to buy the names cheap. Make some quik money.
Like my name tog.com i got 2 offer on 10k in the first few hours, none of them cared to make an higher offer (you can't sell a name to 2 people. Im looking for more but anyway). pla.com, fut.com, kry.com (was also offered 10k for the lot, 3 names).
Is 10k such a round number or?

If they have the money to offer 10k then they have more. They are probably just throwing a number at you hoping you will accept. If they get the name fine it is only 10k if not then not a big deal. I'd wait until you have a serious buyer who makes you an offer.

People want to get the best deal possible, that's just business. Most people here are resellers so most buy with a view to making a profit, the less they pay the more potential profit there is – simple as that. I'm sure when you purchased tog.com you paid less than you felt it was worth, no?

Well, you just got a free wholesale appraisal. These buyers assume you don't want to wait for an end user , so they are offering accordingly , it might be worth 20k to an end user but they will be the one waiting if they bought it , not you, thus the 10k offers , which are very reasonable offers.

Be glad you're in 5-digits --- I've seen 3-digit (under $1000!) offers for some of my 2-letter .coms, including one offer from a big company, haha.
