Why DotComGod never reply to PM?

Has DotComGod ever replied to your PM? In recent years, I had sent some PMs regarding some concerns, and none of them were replied. Just recently, I had sent 5 pms in a week, waited 24-36 hours for his reply, the last 2 PM was asking him to reply. But despite numerous attempt, all was like, ignored. I feel this is quite rude honestly.

Or because he gets way too many of them. As a mod, I am always drowned with PMs from people requesting or asking one thing or another -- and just being a mod on dnf is not my only Job.

I try to answer most of the messages I get but I can imagine Adam getting much more than I get and he has his job at GoDaddy too.

Yes, I agree he is a very busy person, but if the concerns can be solved by other admins/mods, he can forward them, and at least the member knows the issue will be solved. This would be great. However, if only Adam can solve it, then hitting the reply button with some words, sharing just a little insights over the issue would make the member feel a lot better. All in all, this is the biggest domain forum, and I feel members should be treated with respect also. Thanks for listening.

Do you call the govenor of your state when you want a pothole fixed on your street? Common sense prevailing, unless you just have something off the chain to discuss, channel your woes to the mods so then can do their job and he can do his JOBS.
