Why is the top part of my site doing a weird roll over thing

I dunno what happened but the top part of my site is invisible until the mouse goes over it.

it just started about 2 weeks ago.

any ideas?

Which site is it and what browser are you using? Sounds like the IE peekaboo bug to me.

weird, avant browser sucks.

and another thing, check out the message board, i have 134 registered users.......all spam users, i dont know where they're coming from.

How can i delete all of them, and how can i prevent this?

I haven't had much experience with phpbb, but I've heard it's full of vulnerabilities. Try updating it to the latest version.
