This is an old, old practice among domainers, one that I've been equally guilty of following.
Why in the world do all sales thread include "xxx results in Google"? And we actually pass off a high number of pages in Google as something of a good point!
Does we even realize that a high number of pages in Google only means one thing: more competition. A domain is SO much more attractive if it has low competing pages in Google, and high searches as per the Adwords keyword tool.
So really, we gotta stop this practice of saying that our pretty little domain has 500,000 pages in the big G (with quotes!) for its keyword term. It only means that the domain buyer will have to work that hard to rank no.1 for the term
